World War II German Parade Bayonet and Scabbard

In addition to the flags and cased binoculars, PFC Charles Monroe Taylor also brought back a German bayonet with scabbard.  

Made by Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Co (WKC).  The overall length of the bayonet is 12.5 inches.  The blade measures 7 5/8 inches.  The overall length of the bayonet and scabbard is 14 inches.  Blade is excellent to mint condition with just a few scratches from the scabbard.  No chips, nicks or dents.  Blade retains the original leather washer.  Red felt piece is intact.  Scabbard has a small dent and the paint is chipped.
